hours: Children’s story time is Thursday at 10:30a.m. The Library collection may be searched from any computer with Internet access by clicking on the online catalog links of the library website at www.belgrade.lib.me.us. Information about library events and programs is available on our website. Recently added downloadable audio books are available with your Belgrade library card. For information select the link on our website. Belgrade Public Library has new fiction, nonfiction, reference assistance, Maine collection, large print books, audio books, movies, children’s collection, current tax forms, and magazines. The Library has 2 computer stations and wireless Internet connection available for public use. Computer lessons for beginners are offered. Call the Library (495-3508) to schedule a lesson. Belgrade taxpayers support the operation of Belgrade Public Library and there is no charge for their use of the Library. There
is a $10 per family annual fee for others to borrow books from the
Library. The Friends of the Belgrade Public Library meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30p.m. in the Library. This dynamic group of dedicated volunteers present concerts and coordinate book sales to help support programming and strengthen the collection for our community.
